If I lived near you I would come and purchase most of it myself. The only other thing you could do is seek out a person (in your area) to sell it on Ebay for you, where they receive a commission. These houses will do very well on ebay if priced correctly. Good luck and let me know if you have any additional questions. Do you know of anyone who would buy these in one huge lot? Our estate sale starts on Friday morning, and we were planning on selling them for $8 per house, if you buy any 10 or more they will be $5 per house. I have a niche store for the <a href="http://www.department56northpoleseries.com/" rel="nofollow">North Pole Series</a> and there do not appear to be any available through eBay right now. You may want to chaek back occassionally and search the 'Factories and Workshops' and 'Retired' categories to see if anyone is selling one. Good Luck!
